In past five years, Holy Cow Entertainment has given many super hit series exploring Hindu mythologies with contemporary arts. From Ravanayan to Aghori, HCE has presented us amazing stories and superheroes based on Hindu mythology. This year to bring the racial and cultural diversity in the ever expanding HCEverse, Holy Cow is releasing their first Catholic superhero – Caster, which will take you beyond the gray shades of Hinduism towards the amazing black and white of Christianity.
Written by Anirudh Singh, the artwork is done by Gaurav Shrivastav and colors by Prasad Patnaik. The cover is done by Vivek Goel as an homage to the legendary Frank Cho. Caster #1 will be releasing on March 4 at Pune Comic Con. You can pre-order your copy now at flat 25% discount from Holy Cow Entertainment Store (goo.gl/Iuiy98).
“Let him who is without sin cast the first stone.” John 8:7
Ram Joseph, affectionately called Rajo by his friends, is the master of his fate. He is the lord of his own destiny. He is the self-proclaimed Raja of Paharganj and he rules the narrow streets of Paharganj with his acid wit and street cunning. Or at least he used to until the day he saw something on these streets he could not explain.
Forced to question the reality of this world Rajo embarks on the greatest adventure of them all. An adventure beyond the limits of life and death. An adventure that will take him down to the depths of hell and make him soar up to the walls of heaven. Rajo knows he cannot go back to his previous blissful ignorance. He knows this because he is aware now, finally, of the great truth of this universe.
That our thoughts are not our own. That no one is the master of their own fate.
Not even God.
